It’s been reported that another home of the late recording artist Prince has surfaced. This one is in the Turks And Caicos Islands. According to the Turks And Caicos Sun, although Prince spent the majority of his time at the $10 million, 65,000-square-foot Paisley Park Studios, in Chanhassen, Minnesota, outside Minneapolis, he also frequented his $12 million mansion on the island of Providenciales, in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Robert Greenwood of Christie’s International Real Estate in the Turks and Caicos, told the newspaper the resident is amongst the most exquisite estates in the Caribbean.
“He moved in without any great fanfare, but still unmistakably Prince with the first project at his new home being the addiction of his trademark ‘Purple’ through the renovation of the estates driveway,” Greenwood said. “He was often seen around town or at the Amanyara, especially during the New Year’s celebration where live music was part of the entertainment and potential guest appearances by the legend himself.
However, he always remained reserved and private, something that the Turks and Caicos offers those who are continually in the spotlight.Known for his deep desire for privacy, the music legend found peace and tranquility within his stunning 10,000 square foot, 10 bedroom, 10-bathroom estate on a peninsula.
The house is superbly positioned above two iron shore peninsulas and private white sand beaches, with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Upon arrival, you will find fully automated entrance gates, a commanding driveway, covered car portico, two car garage and grand entrance foyer.
