Minnesota Wild Star Ryan Suter Lists His 120-Acre Wisconsin Estate for $4.5 Million

House For Sale – Minnesota Wild star Ryan Suter is selling his 120-acre estate in Mazomanie, in rural Wisconsin’s Dane County, for $4.5 million.

Suter is a Madison, Wis. native, is the middle of a 13-year, $98 million contract he signed with the Wild in 2012.

The home, built in 2011, spans 12,000 square feet. It includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a movie theater, tennis courts, swimming pool, wine cellar and exercise room. The gated residence also includes a pub/billiards room in the lower level, cathedral ceilings and an outdoor kitchen

After being drafted seventh overall by the Nashville Predators in the 2003 NHL Draft, Suter played one season at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by the 2004-2005 season with the AHL’s Milwaukee Admirals. His late father, Bob, won the gold medal with the U.S. men’s hockey team at the 1980 Winter Olympics.
