Executive Pays $26 Million for Waterfront Mansion in Coral Gables (Photos)

Steven Lempera, the president of Future Environmental, paid $25.5 million for a waterfront mansion in Coral Gables – the most expensive deal in the city since 2017.

ICB Properties of Miami, managed by Petro Plus Overseas President Vincent Miclet, sold the 14,000-square-foot mansion on Arvida Parkway in Gables Estates.
