Joe Montana’s 500-acre Calistoga ranch with a 9,700-square-foot Tuscan mansion is being re-marketed and will be up for sale for a $29.8 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. The Journal reports the Montanas originally put the estate up for sale seven years ago, asking, $49 million. The new price point represents a 41 percent discount.

The Zillow.com listing states ‘Beauty, grace and integrity. Montana also has another  87-acre property, near the 500-acre property, that is also currently listed for $3.1 million
