The Saratoga Springs, NY., tulip caper has finally ended.

Socialite Michele Riggi posted on Facebook Tuesday that the two young women who allegedly had taken the flowers from the ground near her lamppost had returned them with an apology note and the Saratoga police officers had delivered them to her.

Riggi added that she was still seeking revenge against the duo, saying it was the last straw in a series of perfidious pilfering by Skidmore College students from her mansion, which she calls Palazzo Riggi.
